Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

  • Delivery usually takes 6 to 12 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or regional restrictions.

If there's a high volume of orders, there might be a slight delay. In such cases, we’ll notify you via email.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

  • Delivery timelines and charges may vary based on your shipping address and external factors.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking ID.

  • Tracking information becomes active within 48 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • ChoiceYourCase.in is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to your order.

  • All additional charges during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Orders

We take packaging seriously, but in the rare case your order arrives damaged:

  • Please take a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Email the details and images to our support team.

  • Keep all packaging materials until we respond to your claim.

While we are not liable for shipping damages, we always try to support our customers wherever possible.

Delivery Marked as Complete but Not Received

If your tracking status shows delivered but you haven’t received the order:

  • Contact us via email within 2 days of the marked delivery date.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot escalate delivery issues after this 2-day window.

RTO / Undelivered Orders

If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, non-availability, or any issue from the courier or customer side):

  • Reshipping will require a payment of ₹60 (we bear the other ₹60 of the ₹120 total courier cost).

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are correct while placing the order to avoid this issue.
